I took the Mass Relaxation session, and I’ve never left a yoga session with my intention so set in stone. I will absolutely be coming back and bringing friends.

Also I have several injuries and she had no problem giving me alternative options and modifications. Overall had a really great class and felt deep stretches throughout. Highly recommend this space.
