ver todas as avaliaçõesChallenging but good class; I think you'll get most out of the endurance class if you have a bit of fundamental knowledge of boxing as the class is a mix of bag, ground, and partner (non-sparring) and as it's a stamina testing class it's good if you can fall back on some basic technique / fundamentals. The space itself is quite cool, it's in a downstairs area with lower / mood lightning for the heavy bag area and more lightning for the ring area. It's quite clear to me that the owners / trainers know what they're doing and they can accommodate to all levels and put some good thought into making this a good experience for everyone.
