If like me you are up for a challenge this is definitely amazing for that. Ghada fabulous instructor was super lovely, caring and empowering in her style I felt very welcome and overall the sisterhood vibes it was giving was just simply wonderful. The space itself is clean and with lots of natural light. 10/10 can’t wait to return 🫶

She is the first instructor who often checks on the positioning of our feet eg flexed or pointed. Great reminders on form and breathing through out each exercise to ensure maximum impact. 💯 Really enjoy her relaxed vibe with her attention to detail.
