ver todas as avaliaçõesLove any class with Santa! I love her ethos in all her classes about focusing on oneself and not comparing to others. It’s a beginner friendly class in that she often gives alternatives, but I might find it difficult if I’d never done yoga before. Also great for more advanced yogis in that it goes back to the basics of what a vinyasa class should be and is great for building strength and balance. She’s been incorporating time for more advanced poses like crow and wheel.

ver todas as avaliaçõesAmazing class. Great teacher. Space is big and nice! Room was HOT. Definitely be prepared to stay hydrated throughout the class. I’ve done hot yoga before and still had to take a 5min break cause I did not listen to their recommendations(no eating for 2-3 hours and to make sure you’re hydrated). Highly recommend class and would definitely come again
