Everyone was so welcoming - including the other women in the class. Was a great restorative practice and really appreciated Georgia asking for requests and then following through with poses to benefit.

ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat class, just the right amount of challenge for me but the instructor did a great job at easing us into it. Very nice, unique and large space, they have lockers and restrooms but you need to bring your own lock.
At Gaia they combine modern and ancient knowledge and use them for healing purposes…
