Shelby worked us! lol And her instructions were so smooth you didn’t even have time to complain or stress, because it was time to move on. I really enjoyed the intention of the class, which was grace, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness. After the class ended, we all just sat on our mats dazed 😭😂. Like one of the other women said, well happy Monday to you too Shelby 😂. 10/10

The class was perfect for an early Sunday morning start to your day. I was a bit taken aback when I arrived, the door was locked, and the look on the YT face was one of ohhh you are here (early/on time) for yoga class, not any other agenda... notwithstanding, the flow and sequence was what my mind and body needed. Thank you 😊
