My expectation was that it will be an oil massage then hot stone rest on your body. but its actually massaging with hot stone so its abit painful but i love the heat. Overall, pleasant experience.

It was my first experience with a lymphatic drainage massage, and I learnt that what they do is they scrape your whole body using the ‘gua sha’ tool (this can be quite painful) followed by massage. Overall quite a tolerable experience. I was sore the next day from it though 😅
