I loved the pushups with workout bands, so helpful. I was visiting from out of town and it’s changed since I last went a couple of years ago - not a big fan of the layout now but I understand since it is such a tight space.

I’ve been searching for a space that bridges the gap between physical movement and true spiritual community, and I found it here on their very first day. There was such a powerful synchronicity to them opening their doors on the same day as the Flower Full Moon. You could really feel that exciting, blooming energy the moment you walked in. The owners were right there to welcome everyone with such genuine warmth. The class itself was led by a husband, with his wife there in support, and their energy together was fantastic. I’ve visited many studios in the area, but I often felt that the deeper sense of spirituality and connection was lacking. This studio is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’m already looking forward to my next class and seeing this community grow!

She’s firm but supportive, very descriptive in her explanations for each move and sets you up for success. I did the Friday morning bootcamp which started with a dynamic stretch, followed by several circuit stations consisting of two dynamic movements followed by a cardio movement. I was feeling the burn for sure. I’d love to come back just for the classes, GREAT experience!

An “Intermediate” class was the only time available, and I needed, and received, personalized instruction on this apparatus.
