ver todas as avaliaçõesInstructor was very nice, she provided clear instruction and I enjoyed the music. Do wish the class was a bit harder. Also didn’t love that she turned the music down to talk, I’d rather the instructor raise their voice over the music than speak in a talking voice with lowered music, takes you out of the zone. I want to be pumped up and a talking voice doesn’t really do that for me. Still giving 5 stars because the class was good just wanted a little more umf.

Two areas of feedback would be to heat the room during the winter and not allow students in class if they arrive late. A student arrived at 8:05 and was disruptive to the peaceful energy at the beginning of class - not fair to the dozens of other students who had been timely.

You will definitely get in a good lower body workout especially if you are pushing yourself to lift heavier. This was a great workout and make sure you stretch afterwards to avoid the soreness.

Everyone was nice and seems like they have a great community. No showers but had a bathroom to change in. Bring your own towel or they have some to rent for the day. She was very attentive, especially when my muscles tensed up, and helped me relax, which made the workout even more effective. My legs were shaking by the end of the class—in the best way possible—which showed how much my body was being challenged. I also loved the studio space! The large mirrors were incredibly helpful for checking my form and staying focused during the exercises

I was surprisingly able to learn the choreography to a tango with no previous professional dance experience. Additionally, the studio was judgement-free and welcoming. Due to limited shoe options, I wore sneakers with smooth soles. It went well, so I would not let that be a reason not to book.
