ver todas as avaliaçõesThe instructor is lovely and leads a very low impact yet challenging class that I enjoy every single time. My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

ver todas as avaliaçõesErin is very sweet and welcoming and very knowledgeable. Class was tough but customizable to make harder or easier. Instructor gave great cues to anticipate transitions. Will definitely be back!
