ver todas as avaliaçõesI’m not usually a yoga person but this class totally shifted my mindset on yoga - adding in sculpt really made it work for me! You definitely get a good workout and stretch. Everyone is so kind and it feels more approachable than other studios in the Lakeview area. (A little miffed at the false advertising - I signed up for a class that was supposed to be dedicated to a new album drop, and they played classics from the artist instead. Still enjoyable, but I would be lying if I said it didn’t annoy me a tad - I’ll still be back regardless though!)
