I’ve never had an instructor do that in any of my spin classes. Also, his playlist is just FIRE. What I look for in all my classes.

You need to be aware that you’re going to be in a dark room lit only with red lights, treadmills positioned right next to each other, loud music and a bunch of people who don’t care if you’re not doing something right because they’re probably not doing it right either (wow, this place is basically a metaphor for life,) Yeah so anyways I really liked it - I had Erika as the instructor, she got me to run faster than I ever have in my life. I enjoyed the class so much I texted my best friend afterwards, “I think I had fun an exercise class.” I will definitely go back and try using heavier weights for the floor exercises and ask for help with my form.

Everyone in class was so supportive and went out of their way to let me know that they were there if I had any questions, so it seems like a great encouraging group of folks to work out with! I definitely wanna come back.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI quite honestly don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a group class more in my life. I attended my first class at AIR Aerial this morning and man, did I love it. The class was upbeat and fun while also being a great workout for my core, arms, and legs. I cannot write a review without saying the teacher was SO FUN and her personality made the great class, an amazing one. I seriously cannot wait to go back already and will definitely be making this a weekly class. Thanks, AIR for a wonderful Sunday morning!

The music was so good and the facility was clean and honestly just COOL to be in (ornate ceilings, vintage mirrors). I will be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI absolutely love this gym, this class, and these instructors! It’s my second time taking the class and it’s a GREAT workout. also, I love the instructor! It’s a small gym so they only ever have 6 or 7 people taking a class at a time (the two times I’ve been). All women. Everyone’s really nice and the instructors push you a healthy amount and are really good at paying attention to your form, correcting it if needed, and pushing you to the finish line. They are awesome with suggesting modifications, too, and encourage you to do what you’re comfortable doing. Will definitely keep going back!

I think this is something that makes this class different than any other as we tend to forget to work and stretch our smaller muscles. I would definitely go back for another class and would recommend!

The machines are the ones you have to built together and take apart so they’re not the super fancy reformers but the instructor does the most that she can with them and I still got a great workout.
