ver todas as avaliaçõesthe class - metcon (wednesday night) - was great! i was in a bit over my head because i have not exercised heavily in a few years, but it was a great challenge. the instructor, Cassie i think, was helpful in recommending some lower intensity options and wasn’t too pushy, but still motivating and kept all of us engaged. she also reminded us to high-five our group members which i thought was a sweet touch. i’ll definitely be back! maybe at a lower intensity class for a little while, lol!
