ver todas as avaliaçõesGood as always, but this was definitely not a beginners class nor was any instruction given to those that were struggling with the advanced combos. Ended up doing an arm workout after class at home bc it felt like we barely boxed at all, just kicking and lower body.

The instructors were fun, but they also made sure you pushed hard to achieve personal goals. Thank you, ladies! I'll be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesVictor was phenomenal and very thorough with explaining the moves. I had never boxed before and it would be a great class for someone at experience level. It's a really new gym so everything is extremely clean. Note they do want you to arrive early if you haven't been before and it's $10 to get hand wraps and $5 to rent gloves.
