ver todas as avaliaçõesVery knowledgeable instructor (Laine). Enjoyed her focus, attention to detail and energy. Class gets warm not crazy hot like I normally enjoy in a hot class. I’m an advanced yogi and I felt like the class was rather easy. No music but I enjoyed that part.
