The staff were all really welcoming and friendly, which is rare when using a CP because FoH people typically treat you like you’re single handedly trying to put them out of business. It was spotless, a massive selection of equipment and the Reppin’ class with Hannah was FAB. I thought she was great, really enthusiastic, kept an eye on people’s form and kept the motivation high. It’s places like this that make me feel like moving my trial CP to a membership.

Most importantly there was a friendly culture where I felt very comfortable in all sections of the gym which makes a huge difference as a woman. Plus very helpful staff.

I was recommended to go to her class and it was worth it. Shame the boys were constantly chatting throughout though making it difficult to hear instructions at times.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI enjoyed this class. The venue was really clean, and the staff I had spoken to seemed really friendly and not intimidating at all. At points, some of the routines felt a little bit basic or repetitive, and in others it felt like the instructor could have given more information eg: could have said starting on left/right or announcing before the movement changed. Overall, I would go back and be interested in trying out the other classes available :)

Obi was really great at making sure everyone was doing the exercises with correct form and focusing on controlled movements rather than just rushing through the exercises. This workout is great for people who are just getting into weight training as well as more seasoned gym goers. The gym itself is situated in a office-dense area and a lot of the clients seem to be office workers. As someone else said, give yourself an extra 5 mins to find the gym the first time you are visiting.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.
