When it would begin to feel a bit too hot, she would turn on the fans so we could cool down a bit. I normally take a different instructor, but would definitely take her again. :)

She teaches at a great pace and leads the class doing the workouts along side you. Has become one of my favourite teachers & classes very quickly, highly recommended

Eliis was not the most welcoming and spent a good amount of the class behind the podium. There were people who could’ve benefited from form corrections but neither coach helped out, which was a bit disappointing to see.
