ver todas as avaliaçõesThis is a review for the flexibility class with Oggy, who ended up instructing our class, and I’m so glad she did! WOW! This class was surprisingly challenging, but in the best way! Oggy was so attentive to each of her students, and she provided alternatives or adjustments depending on your flexibility level. I really appreciated how she took care to check on each student and challenged us to get deeper into the exercises. She also took the time to fix our forms when needed. My body immediately felt better after this class. I highly recommend taking this class with Oggy if you want to work on your flexibility and if you’re interested in learning how to stretch deeply and safely.
