His modifications are great. He’s attentive to everybody’s needs and physical limitations. He is definitely an asset to your company.

She was such a great instructor, very hands on and even fixed my form to make sure I was doing it correctly. Definitely would take her class again! Sort of nervous to feel the soreness in 2 days hahaha

Filled with core, weighted arm series, spicy plank series to glutes, cardio burst with repetition to get the heart rate up, an all together flow and a HOTT core finisher. What more could you want?! Everyone walked out sweatyyy. Eric is fantastic with demonstration/ cues/ and options. Has become a fav local instructor!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI’ve taken many many classes and visited several studios in town, but Lotus + this class and instructor may be one of my favorites. I’ve booked it a few weeks in a row though I have endless options thru classpass. For this back and abs class, come ready to sweat and WORK! I traditionally weight lift/do calisthenics but Mario is tough on us, in the best way possible. The playlist is always on point. Your core and back will be sore the next few days and your arms will be shaking during, but it’s all worth it.

I was very relaxed at the end of class and felt it was a very productive workout in terms of stretching and meditation. I learned how to focus on my breathing better and would definitely recommend this class and location! Will definitely return

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis is one of the best pole fitness related classes I’ve ever taken. It was a mix of Mat Pilates and flexibility/conditioning (no pole work). Jenny was structured, had clear communication and I feel like I learned new moves to work on flexibility and strength. The only PSA I would give is to bring your own mat! The studio ones just aren’t as supportive and certain moves hurt a bit doing on a harder surface so I would definitely bring a comfy mat if you can.

The 140 Signature Vinyasa is for all levels of practitioners. It’s a beautiful flow and not a gymnastics class disguised as yoga, like so many yoga studios in Vegas offer 🙄 I have taken two classes with Joanice and she provides a soft touch during savasana which is the type of feminine holding we all need.
