Opening the hips and joints, while still engaging the core. I left feeling refreshed. A great class to add to your weekly cycle. I’ll be back :) Also Kenzi’s energy was so energetic, really loved her!

Nile is incredibly great at giving clear and concise instructions, I knew exactly what to do because his instructions were crystal clear.
