ver todas as avaliaçõesGiving 5 stars for Karina because she’s amazing but this class was not what we love about coming to her classes. Karina is the queen of choreo and FUN which this class was not. As a regular coming 4/5 times a week I’m afraid I will be dropping this class if it sticks around as it’s just not what I love about Ryde.

ver todas as avaliaçõesMorag has a unique style of delivering restorative yoga and it’s always exactly what I need. She’s calm, welcoming and down to earth, and has such a soothing voice that it’s very easy to drift into complete relaxation and get the most out of the class. It’s a brilliantly timed class, getting you chilled and ready for bed after a couple of days of (the stresses of) the working week. Morag also weaves in snippets of wisdom and beautiful nature analogies - it’s an absolute joy to be part of her class.
