She constantly moved around the room to observe students and offer helpful form corrections. Surprisingly, her class used multiple props all while keeping a great flow thanks to her high energy. The room temperature was warm enough to build up a great sweat without feeling overwhelming. Props and mat were laid out and ready for use upon arrival. I highly recommend her class!
