ver todas as avaliaçõesThis is a great cardio and weight workout. It’s the hardest class I’ve ever take in 30+ years of working out!! Loud and upbeat music. My only recommendation is to offer modifications. Not a beginner class but love it!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI loved this class! The instructor was so much fun. You could tell she really enjoys what she’s doing. The music is fun, the moves are fun. The other people in the class are super supportive and friendly! This was my first time there but everyone hugged each other as they came in and seemed super excited to be there. Will definitely be back!
