I don’t know if it’s because the crowd is more experienced in life or what but people actually talked to each other. That is SO hard to find in any other place. I have been here for 15 years and I still feel lonely and like people don’t actually care for each other at all. Here it felt good. Also, the trainer had good cueing so it is an injury free place. Not an intense workout tho. The purpose of this place is to stay healthy move here and there and have community
