ver todas as avaliaçõesIf there were a Nobel Prize for cycling instructors, Catarina would win it every single year. She’s hands down my favorite instructor! The energy? Unreal. The playlists? Always a serve. The motivation? Through the roof. She somehow makes you feel like the hottest person in the room while absolutely destroying your legs. Every class feels like the main event, and nobody does it like her. An actual icon.
IMPORTANT: Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to have time to pick up your cycling…Cycling
ver todas as avaliaçõesi’ve done loads of spin/cycling classes around the world and the bikes at amplify are a learning curve. it would be super beneficial if instructors took 1 minute (or less!) before turning the lights off/music up to ensure students are familiar with their bikes; aka know how to add/take off resistance, body alignment/awareness, breathing cues, etc. just a refresher/run down before going in so students are comfortable going ALL in!
