Just as I was about to leave, I found the phone number, called, and was let in immediately. I recommend messaging them directly via the phone number so they have your contact info, or checking your emails beforehand. I didn’t realize that ClassPass sends important messages via email, where I later found all the details I needed. That being said, I’m so happy I stayed! This was one of the best facial treatments I’ve ever had. She really took the time to understand me, my body, and my skin, tailoring the experience perfectly to my needs. On top of that, I received many helpful tips on how to care for my skin better at home. Thank you so much for everything — I’ll definitely be back!
