26&2 Hot Yoga (Studio B)
ver todas as avaliaçõesThis is a beautiful studio, and I can’t wait to come back, but I didn’t love that there was no music (at least in this 26&2 format). And it wasn’t actual flows. It was just like going through 26 different poses, each two times through. Probably great for beginners, though, or someone who wants to spend more time focusing on their poses and postures. I’d rather a class with music and yoga flows + sequences.
