WOW! That was absolutely killer and I loved it- talk about being pushed to your absolute limits and then some. I showed up with no idea WOD I was letting myself in for and thank goodness as I don’t think I’d have showed up otherwise 😄 Really brilliant. I felt like I’d really achieved something along with everyone else in the class. You could feel everyone was giving their best. Inspiring atmosphere and encouraging teacher - thanks Sam!
