    Kha's riding class is an absolute must! The energy in the room was electric from start to finish, Kha has a rare gift for bringing out the best in everyone. The music was perfectly curated and kept me pushing harder than I ever would on my own. You can tell Kha genuinely loves what he does, and that passion is completely contagious. Left the class buzzing and already counting down to my next session. If you're on the fence, just go, you won't regret it! 🙌

    Really enjoyed the pace and energy of this class. Katie made a heroic effort to keep us guided and motivated even though the studio mic was inoperable! Was pleased the lights weren't dimmed like in a lot of studios, so I could track resistance even without a readout screen.

    The gym was way quieter than I expected it to be after work! Incredibly helpful staff member on the front desk. Large gym was all the basic equipment you could need for a good workout.

    Made very welcome on my first visit here since the site's very considerable upgrade from its Fitness First days! Aanya led a round of applause for new riders & then guided us through a steady routine with no extremes of speed or power - making it very accessible for older participants like me. 5 minutes of varied weights moves was a test for all of us that Aanya inspired us through! A vote of thanks to Maz on reception too for moving me so I could see the instructors cues better, which was much appreciated!
