It’s not a concept reformer class where you just do glory muscles or do some insane holds and feel like you’re gonna fall off the carriage. It’s simple and effective and the vibes are great!

Instructor was motivating and explained how to use the machine when I asked for help as a first timer. Keep in mind the music is very loud - in case you’re not used to that.
