ver todas as avaliaçõesFirst time at Rumble and was a great experience, Dee was a great trainer, corrected our forms and really focused on getting the techniques right, which isn’t always the case with other boxing classes I’ve been to elsewhere where classes are a lot bigger. It was also my first time using pads and Dee gave super clear instructions and made sure I was ready and comfortable. Would come back :)

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis class was really amazing. The space and nice and luminous, and the yoga instructor guided us through a wonderful but challenging yoga practice. Nevertheless, she made sure to accommodate the practice to all levels, but also challenged everyone to do more than they thought they could. I did poses I did not think that I was able to do, and the instructor allowed for this. Would highly recommend!
