But, Frankie was very accommodating and she explained the exercises we would be doing very clearly, breaks were included during sets. Equipment such as mats, dumbbells, weights and bars were made available to you. Great atmosphere, can’t wait to go back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.

ver todas as avaliaçõesLovely teacher, detailed corrections and pace is good, just wish we made it to big jumps at the end. It’s definitely mid level, if you’re an adult on ClassPass… consider that it’s intermediate level but paced quite slowly as the regular girls do go on pointe.

Always friendly clientele. Lovely posh shower gel provided. Great post-swim offerings and much appreciated food and drink options in the light filled cafe. I love the chicken avocado salad and a matcha or chai latte.
