Then we move to breath work with intention. This sets us up for a great gong bath. I always leave feeling clear mind and healthy body. Love the class and is slowly becoming a Friday regular for me.

But, Frankie was very accommodating and she explained the exercises we would be doing very clearly, breaks were included during sets. Equipment such as mats, dumbbells, weights and bars were made available to you. Great atmosphere, can’t wait to go back!
