They really took the time to assess the condition of my hair, explained that it was quite dry, and recommended treatments that would actually benefit it rather than just rushing through the appointment. She gave me a great haircut, used a Nashi filler treatment and an additional hair mask, and my hair feels so much softer, healthier and shinier. Throughout the session he kept checking in and asked if the pressure was good, adjusting perfectly to what I needed. Walking down the fire exit stairwell, I was a little apprehensive as there’s not much signage, but once you’re there, it’s nice. The room is generously large and clean/tidy and there is a bathroom and water station. Just a heads up, the masseur was male, which I wasn’t expecting (I typically prefer female masseuses) but the massage itself was good and very much needed.
