There is one holistic pod which was very well equipped with a tower and jumpboard and things like small weights, Pilates rings and a mini ball. They have a touch screen with YouTube and I was able to follow along with my workout easily. Everything was really clean and I had a really good workout. The staff were nice and they showed me around. They have toilets, changing rooms and showers but bring along shower gels etc. They had towels for rent for £1.50.

The therapist was very considerate, beforehand they ask you to fill in a form regarding any injuries or allergies as well as regarding consent & respect. The massage was absolutely perfect: even though it was Swedish and relaxing, she knew exactly where I had knots in my shoulders and back and worked on those. Overall would highly recommend and if I wouldn’t leave tomorrow, I’d be back here in a heartbeat.

Lara was really attentive to particular areas of tension and gave me personalised and very helpful feedback and advice about areas I could focus on and stretch more, which I really appreciated - thank you! My body was extremely tight before the session but feels much better after.
