It was at as easier level but not without many challenging movements for all abilities of dancer. I am focusing on less athletic dance which doesn't challenge my asthma too much but instead challenges aspects within my control like musicality, style and technical application.

ver todas as avaliaçõesSonal is a great teacher. The timing before the next move is great! She’s watching everyone and correcting them throughout, which a lot of instructors don’t do. The classes are thorough and you feel as though you’ve worked out (which is what I want) without feeling out of your depth. A class for life.
