ver todas as avaliaçõesTook the 30 minute Les Mills Tone with Nick. Classpass incorrectly labeled it as 45 minutes. But the class itself was great! Nick was high energy, and gave clear directions. Minimal weight needed, modifications available for low, medium, and high impact for all moves. Will definitely take this again!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class should be relatively easy. However, don’t make the same mistake that I did. I wore the wrong gym clothing and felt dizzy as a result. It was cold the past two days so I wore long sleeves and was quite thick, only to attend the class at a relatively warm day.

Class was very small so a lot of 1-1 time which made me feel better! I used loaner gloves so just make sure that you wash up really good when you get home!

It was a crazy workout and you get so sweaty but a great time. Very friendly instructors and wasn’t as intimidating as I would have imagined (going in as a newbie).
