ver todas as avaliaçõesLoved this class! As a beginner, I was a bit nervous going into it but Jennie was extremely supportive and it was a very fun and safe environment. I’m glad there was a lot of warming up and stretching, but it still felt like we got to have plenty of time on the pole as well. I’m looking forward to coming back again soon!

ver todas as avaliaçõesWil was a very fun instructor, love his moonshine tips 😹 the class itself is marked beginner, but a lot of non-begginers showed up. So it was a little less attention than I would've liked, it being my first time on the silks. Not the instructor's fault, but I do feel like the beginners should take priority in their own class!

ver todas as avaliaçõesLove the instructor, Melissa C makes the class extra fun and is really good with beginners/first timers. Even though it's impossible to get the basics down right away she still makes sure you get up in the hoop, have fun and feel accomplished. Plus the warm up is great for former dancers and gymnasts. I finally feel like my body is getting the conditioning I've been missing out on in yoga and pilates. Great vibe from teachers and students alike. Highly recommend this gym!

ver todas as avaliaçõesMari is an amazing beginner teacher! She is everything a beginner hip hop teacher should be - communicative, patient, well-paced, encouraging. She provided drills to help beginners get certain moves in their bodies. She repeated sequences often and made everyone feel good about themselves. Oftentimes, a class will be advertised as beginner, but they aren’t and the teachers are judgy and fast-paced, trying to teach you a complex 32-count with barely any repeats! This was such a refreshing experience. Highly recommend Mari if you’re a beginner! And I’d love to take an intermediate class with her because she’s just a good teacher, periodt!
