There wasn’t much as far as learning advanced poses but I liked how he left room for people to explore what they wanted. He had a nice calm and accepting energy. The other advanced classes I’ve taken at this studio were a totally different vibe so I think it’s nice to try both.

ver todas as avaliaçõesLove coming to this breathwork class. If you’re new and on the fence, just try it. It might be a little weird at first because it is a small group where everyone seems to already know eachother and banter a lot (some do some don’t). Also, you’re breathing loudly in a group setting so it may feel distracting and hard to focus at first, but that’s the point is to practice being present despite the distractions!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis class is my weekly retreat and release! Nothing better than Tianna’s sweat then sweet flow (except maybe her hugs! She gives the best hugs!) but seriously: if you want to challenge yourself internally but come out of class feeling just a little more healed, a little more like the authentic you, then you’ll love it. It’s not a traditional vinyasa the whole time, read the description. But to me it’s better. And the space feels so inclusive and safe and inspiring!

This was my second time there and each time I was greeted warmly by instructors and welcomed in to a small group of people who seemed to know each other well. Very personalized attention is given to those in the group. Street parking is available but the studio is also walkable from the Wilshire corridor or Westwood Village.
