Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe spa seems to have a good team that communicates well. I show up 30 minutes early(appointment at 4) incase I needed to fill out any additional paperwork, was greeted by Alan at the front desk. Another staff member came over to check me in and escorted me to the lounge(15-20 minutes) while they finished prepping my room. I reading a book on my phone until someone asked if I wanted to start early. I was happy to do so. A few moments later my massage therapist came over and walked me to the room. She confirmed my schedule procedure and which order they would be in. She asked if I had any problem areas i wanted to focus on, my shoulder and back were given plenty of attention. My massage was heavy handed with lots of check in to ensure it felt good. I enjoy the visualization she used by saying I was like a stick of butter slowly melting. I also got a glass of water after. My facial was nice and focused on hydration. The esthetician had a really calming voice and asked about any allergies and also checked in during cleansing to make sure the product wasn’t sensational. I left relax and glowing. Between the both of my professionals I was given extra 10 minutes on each procedure, the team really cares about their clients here. I felt a little bad since I left the recommended 20% tip, but it’s split between the professionals. I would book again but try the independent treatments on their own.

ver todas as avaliaçõesApart from the fact that I want Lisa to adopt me, this place rules. Leg wax was a breeze and I was haaaaaairrryyyyy. Almost lost an atmosphere star because when the steam room engine (I don’t know if it’s called that) reboots every few mins it sounds like the eye of Sauron is opening above you but it’s kind of entertaining.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI treated my friend to a cupping therapy session because his back had been bothering him and he needed meaningful relief. I wanted to give him a thoughtful experience that would help him relax, feel cared for, and support his overall well-being. The therapist was exceptionally professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand his concerns, explain the treatment, and carefully focus on the areas that needed the most attention. Everything was handled with care, and he felt comfortable throughout the session. Afterward, he said he felt noticeably more relaxed and experienced significant relief, especially in his back. It was wonderful to see how much better he felt and how positively he responded to the treatment. The session gave him the opportunity to slow down, take care of himself, and enjoy the relief he had been needing. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for professional care, relaxation, and targeted relief. Whether you’re treating yourself or giving someone a thoughtful gift, this cupping therapy session is absolutely worth it. Thank you for taking such great care of him! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ver todas as avaliaçõesTried the 50 min massage with Walter after reading reviews and was not disappointed :) he has 2 decades of experience and did a great job checking in, listening to what I needed, and used the best pressure for relaxation while working out the tension I was feeling from the week. ver todas as avaliaçõesThis is a brand new spot and I’m so happy to finally have an amazing Thai massage place on the west side. The spa itself is simple, no frills but very clean. Where it shines are the massages themselves. Lalita is an amazing practitioner. Usually when I’m with someone for the first time, I have to verbally guide them re: pressure, placement, etc. I didn’t say a single word throughout this massage and it was still one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Lalita knows what she’s doing! At the start, I briefly showed her a big bruise I had and she deftly avoided it without missing a beat in the surrounding areas. I’ll definitely seek her out again and would highly recommend. A quick note on the reservation process itself - I think they have some issues with ClassPass so you may want to call to doublecheck and confirm your time.

ver todas as avaliaçõesConnor is an extremely knowledgeable masseuse that can work on misalignment and pain management. He will have a dialogue with you before to diagnose the root issues as well as while he’s working on you to get feedback on what techniques and pressure is working the best to get results. I’m sure if you wanted a quiet relaxing massage as well he would deliver but for an analytical person like myself who likes to understand the mechanics and how’s and why’s he was awesome. Highly suggest.

ver todas as avaliaçõesQuincy was great! I do the recovery massage and he worked on my neck, shoulders, quads, and even did some cupping on my shoulders/back! A couple things to note: this is a targeted recovery massage - aka not a full body massage, they work on what you tell them to. Also one thing I do wish they had was some calming music playing, but regardless the massage was very relaxing and just what I needed :)

ver todas as avaliaçõesEasily one of the best sports massages I’ve gotten- better than what I get in physical therapy. Brett has a deep passion for his craft and takes a wholistic approach. I went in for neck tension and shoulder pain. Before even arriving, he asked me about my limitations and what I hope to achieve. He even let me use the new red light therapy tanning bed because it would help with the massage. I really appreciated that he explained everything he was doing and even gave me exercises to help prevent my pain moving forward. He truly cares about getting lasting results out of your experience. I would highly recommend choosing this service.
