What made the class for sure was the instructor, Annette. She was so sweet and welcoming right from the start. She came right over to me and made sure I was all set up with my bike and how to use the lever gears, etc., and she had fantastic instruction all throughout class.

Once you get over the beginning scares, you’ll have fun in no time :) Instructor started class without checking everyone in- which confused me, but I was also fine with that! Everyone got into a spot and started mirroring the instructor’s movements. It was definitely a class for me to get out of my comfort bubble and sweat!

But everyone in there was welcoming, nice and it’s a clean environment. It definitely gives a small class feel and I knew the instructor was looking at everyone and would correct form if needed and even joined it. DEFINITELY coming back and dragging friends along. Not sure how to make it work with my work schedule just yet but I’ll find a way! :)
