ver todas as avaliaçõesBeen looking for a hot Pilates studio and this is it! Instructor was very nice and energetic. There is an integrated HIIT portion which I loved. I personally thought the temp was perfect. I was dripping sweat but still able to get through all the moves without feeling like I was going to pass out. Great playlist too will definitely be back!
