Hot Mat-Sculpt Pilates

This was probably the most intense workout I’ve had at BC Pilates, but in the best way. She pushes you while keeping the energy fun and motivating. I absolutely loved her vibe and would take her class every time if I could!

ver todas as avaliaçõesHalle was a fantastic instructor. She made the class suitable for all fitness levels and created a welcoming, supportive atmosphere. She struck the perfect balance—challenging us enough to make it a great workout without making anyone feel pressured. She was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the session. I'm only in town for five more days, but this class has inspired me to start taking reformer Pilates when I get back to Abu Dhabi. Thank you for such a positive first experience!
