While it creates a great sense of community, out of sheer exhaustion I occasionally find myself trying to think of ways where I don’t have to lift my arms up. Like maybe a cool head-nod or strong blink will do the trick. While Abbey started to wander around at the end of class, I strongly considered dropping my forehead to her palm. Since I hope to take her class in the future, I summoned the last of my energy to lift my hands in front of my chest and then wander down to Starbucks. Great way to end 2019 Base workouts!!
