Afterwards, he went into teaching some basic moves which are based on the choreo he taught on Tuesday. He then does a quick teaching of the choreo due to time constraint and because most of them have already learnt it on Tuesday. Lastly, we are in split into groups to dance to the choreo.

What I liked most is that it’s quite casual but still focused on mindfulness, so it doesn’t feel intense or intimidating. I also really enjoyed the social side of it. The class has a warm, close-knit feel and it made the whole experience even nicer.
