ver todas as avaliaçõesThe studio is welcoming and clean. First time doing a sound bath, not sure what to expect. Pillow, mat and blanket is provided for a comfortable session. Change of clothes to exercise wear is not needed as you'll be lying down on the floor for the whole hour. The hour flew by while the instruments were being played and I left with an unexplainable calmness and relaxed state, I couldn't explain the science behind it but whatever it did to me, I love it.
