ver todas as avaliaçõesMy 1st Pilates / reformers class and Lauren was so lovely and really explained the process which made it very enjoyable. Great class for beginners with adjustments to make it easier/harder to accommodate all levels. The studio is really nice too! Would highly recommend :)

ver todas as avaliaçõesI loved this class! I have been looking for a step up from reformer and this is the perfect middle ground. The instructor was fantastic and had great cues / demos. Though it was challenging, it was completely accessible for all levels and I will definitely be coming back :)
