ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first time at Yoga Soul. I really enjoyed this class. I am recently rekindling my journey with yoga as I haven’t done it properly since lockdown. Therefore I thought this would be a good class to ease myself into it learn more about myself. This was spot on and Kate was extremely supportive, informative and witty. She made the class fun, enjoyable and engaging. I really switched off from the world which was my intention that day. I will definitely be returning. The space itself is cute but the facilities feel slightly run down and not as clean as I hoped. Very small lockers too. I think it just needs a little bit of TLC.

This was the sweatiest infrared class I’ve been to yet, but possibly my favourite! Always impressed by how the routines will be completely different each time, will never get bored of these classes!
