I also tried the Salt Cave massage chair. I think the massage was a little too rough for me. I should have asked how to adjust the controls. I would definitely go back to try other services.

My only minor suggestion is to maybe put up a monitor with the body rolling sequence (start with feet calves etc) since I’ve done it before I kind of knew the gist of it but can imagine for someone whose never done it before could be helpful to have as a guide! The studio is GORGEOUS and spacious, very luxurious. Will be back for a Pilates class next time!
