Lucky there were only 3 of us in the class today so he was able to demonstrate the proper form. As for the gym itself, if they can add 1 or 2 more big fans, I think it would be better for airflow.

Coach Shee gave an alternative workout for us first timers. She motivated us all through out the work out and she also adjusted my form to correct it. Overall, it was a good experience.
